To achieve a website that conveys trust, is playful and transparent, and effectively collects form data for both drivers and customers. Incorporating plug-ins and forms, to create a simple and clean design, clear and concise language, display of company credentials, and security measures to protect user data, while maintaining a playful yet professional tone, user-friendly form data collection with quick and easy contact options. By considering these key goals, the website can establish a trustworthy image and provide a positive user experience.
Trustworthiness, Safety, Compassion, & Playfulness
The brand uses a very respectful, empathetic customer-first tone, while maintaining an air of confidence and security. John started with some ideas from Canva. Using a similar style we created our own vector based logo with a maximum of 3 colors as well as a single color logo version. The brand colors are both bright and bold with an undertone of gray to continue the playful but trustworthy ideals. We then decided on a series of 3D illustrations to carry out through the brand.
